🛠️ Final Walkthroughs & Last-Minute Details
In the days leading up to closing, the buyer is typically given the opportunity to complete a final walkthrough of the property. This is their chance to confirm that the home is in the same condition as when they made the offer, that all agreed-upon inclusions (like appliances or light fixtures) are still present, and that no new damage has occurred since the offer was accepted.
While most walkthroughs are quick and uneventful, occasionally a buyer may raise a concern — perhaps something wasn’t left as expected, or a repair was not completed.
